I’m very disappointed with the product that was delivered. I purchased a plant with cut orchid and only received a plant that looks like it came from Home Depot. After numerous emails and a phone call it is still not resolved.
We have been trying to contact your store...no answer. We ordered a 3/4 delivery to SanTan Mountain View Funeral home and the family said they never received them for the service on 3/5. We received an email from Rodeo Rose on 3/4 that the order was being prepared. We received an email from Rodeo Rose today 3/8 that the arrangement was delivered but not when.
